We are a specialty retail store and do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy, common among stores like ours, helps ensure quality and confirms that items like dresses have not been worn before returning. This rule applies both in our physical store and for online purchases.

Dresses sell out quickly and are time-sensitive as they cannot be returned to the manufacturer. Please ensure you have selected the correct style, size, and color before completing your purchase.

To maintain product quality, we kindly ask that if you are shopping for a special occasion:
1. Avoid wearing makeup, lotion, perfume, deodorant, or jewelry.
2. Do not come shopping after activities like sports, gym sessions, or tanning.

Prom Shopping:
We recommend making an appointment if you’re shopping with a parent or guardian who will be part of the decision-making or purchasing process.

Returns Policy for Other Items:
Jewelry, accessories, clothing separates, and gifts can be returned within one week for a full refund, provided they have tags attached, are unworn, and remain in perfect, resellable condition.
