This policy, common among stores like ours ensures quality and confirms that dresses have not been worn and returned. Factory defects or shipping issues are the only exceptions in which we require proof within 24 hours of the delivery so that we can replace the dress in a timely manor. We recommend that you make your purchase at least 30 days in advance to allow for error and alteration time.

Dresses sell out quickly and are time-sensitive as they cannot be returned to the manufacturer. Please ensure you have selected the correct style, size, and color before completing your purchase.

To maintain product quality, we kindly ask that if you are shopping for a special occasion:
1. Avoid wearing makeup, lotion, perfume, deodorant, or jewelry.
2. Do not come shopping after activities like sports, gym sessions, or tanning.

Prom Shopping:
We recommend making an appointment if you’re shopping with a parent or guardian who will be part of the decision-making or purchasing process.

Returns Policy for Other Items:
Jewelry, accessories, clothing separates, and gifts can be returned within one week for a full refund, provided they have tags attached, are unworn, and remain in perfect, resellable condition.
